25 yrs old and happy with my body, apart from arms. Would having a fat transfer to arms be an option to soften the veins?

You can transfer the fat to improve the contours of your arm but not for overall volume increase circumstantially. For example fat transfer over the deltoid muscle or inner upper arms, back of the hands are common areas for treatment.Veins in people with less subcutaneous fat and thinner skin will stand out more. Fat transfer will only help for people with relatively thick skin.
