They have always been really skinny and veiny (think Angelina Jolie arms, that's what I have). As I've gotten older they have become more veiny and prominent which I am struggling to deal with, especially in the summer or on holiday, which I tend to cover up as the veins are really sinew looking.

Thank you for your question.Fat grafting is  good method to increase localised fat layer deficiency. You can transfer the fat to improve the contours of your arm but not for overall volume increase circumstantially. For example fat transfer over the deltoid muscle or inner upper arms, back of the hands are common areas for treatment.Veins in people with less subcutaneous fat and thinner skin will stand out more. Fat transfer will only help for people with relatively thick skin.

Hello, If your arms are too thin and veins are too visible, then fat transfer may help. More than one sitting will be required and it can be done under local anaesthesia as outpatient procedure. Other option will be hyaluronic acid temporary fillers.
