I can’t say enough about my experience with Dr. Hu. I went in for a consultation after years of wanting a rhinoplasty procedure. Right away I was taken in by Dr. hug’s presence and engagement with me. She wanted to know my journey to get to this point, and listened to my story and what I was looking for. She is warm, emphatic and comforting. She was so professional and knowledgeable and very detailed in explaining her ideas and procedure. I felt so cared for. I had a few other consultations scheduled and I immediately cancelled them all. This is the place I would have my surgery done. I am a month past surgery and I love the results so far. My nose is so natural looking and exactly what I wanted. I had several questions during the past few weeks of recovery and Dr. Hu responded immediately the same day. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hu, she is overall top notch and I am beyond impressed with her, and my results.

I met with many doctors and went to many consultations before meeting Dr. Hu, and right after my initial meeting with her, I knew that she was the doctor I wanted to perform my open rhinoplasty. Throughout all of my interactions with her, she has been very informative and comforting. She is extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and understanding. I was very nervous about the overall surgery, and she answered my many questions thoughtfully and honestly. She gave me realistic expectations about what results I could expect, and was very thorough when speaking with me. From day one she always had a comforting presence, which I very much appreciated especially when I was anxious about the surgery the day of. I asked for "natural" looking results, and she was able to execute just that. Additionally, I breathe perfectly (which was another concern of mine considering how delicate and complicated this type of procedure may be). I highly recommend Dr. Hu to anybody looking for a rhinoplasty, and only wish that I had done the surgery with her sooner!

I went to Dr. Hu for a rhinoplasty a month and a half ago and even though I am still early in the healing process, I already see a big improvement in my nose and it's getting cuter by the day. I felt extremely cared for and listened to throughout the process. She patiently and confidently answered all my questions. I gave her very little direction on what I wanted (just basically said 'make it better') and somehow she was able to work her magic and deliver results that look natural and fit with my face. I already feel more confident taking pictures and smiling, not having to worry that my nose will look so wide/droopy and I can't wait to see how it will progress in the coming months/year (it takes a year to see the full results from a rhinoplasty). I would highly recommend Shirley for her aesthetic eye and the care she provides! I plan to go to her for future cosmetic procedures like a brow lift.

Dr. Hu is fantastic! Had a great experience getting botox from her. I had a lot of questions about other treatments and when I should get them, as well as about the right products to use daily. She was so patient and knowledgeable and answered my many questions, and I love the products she recommended (they really work!). Dr. Hu also is very efficient and easy to talk to. No time wasted. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Hu for more botox and other treatments in the future!
