Dr. Hu gave me such a cute yet natural nose. I went back and forth endlessly for years about getting a rhinoplasty, but kept chickening out because I was afraid I would ruin my face and regret it. I was very adamant about wanting it to be natural and wanting it to fit my face, and she really listened and did such a beautiful job. Recovery was also really smooth, some bruising and some minor swelling but nothing crazy. She is excellent !!!

I'm a little over 10 weeks post op from my septoplasty/rhinoplasty and chin implant but so far I couldn't be happier!! In fact it's even better than I imagined it would be!! I know I have many months left to fully heal but as the swelling dissipates my nose will continue to look better and better. I've waited decades to get this surgery because I never felt confident that a surgeon would be able to create a natural looking nose that I would be happy with! From recommendations, before and after pics and meeting her for a consultation, I knew that I was in excellent hands with Dr Hu. She is extremely personable, caring, optimistic and really listens to what the patient needs and wants. In addition she is an ENT which is what I needed for the septoplasty part of my surgery. I highly recommend Dr Hu to anyone that is looking for a beautiful and natural looking nose!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Dr. Hu. I went in for a consultation after years of wanting a rhinoplasty procedure. Right away I was taken in by Dr. hug’s presence and engagement with me. She wanted to know my journey to get to this point, and listened to my story and what I was looking for. She is warm, emphatic and comforting. She was so professional and knowledgeable and very detailed in explaining her ideas and procedure. I felt so cared for. I had a few other consultations scheduled and I immediately cancelled them all. This is the place I would have my surgery done. I am a month past surgery and I love the results so far. My nose is so natural looking and exactly what I wanted. I had several questions during the past few weeks of recovery and Dr. Hu responded immediately the same day. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hu, she is overall top notch and I am beyond impressed with her, and my results.

I met with many doctors and went to many consultations before meeting Dr. Hu, and right after my initial meeting with her, I knew that she was the doctor I wanted to perform my open rhinoplasty. Throughout all of my interactions with her, she has been very informative and comforting. She is extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and understanding. I went to Dr. Hu for a rhinoplasty a month and a half ago and even though I am still early in the healing process, I already see a big improvement in my nose and it's getting cuter by the day. I felt extremely cared for and listened to throughout the process. She patiently and confidently answered all my questions. I gave her very little direction on what I wanted (just basically said 'make it better') and somehow she was able to work her magic and deliver results that look natural and fit with my face. I already feel more confident taking pictures and smiling, not having to worry that my nose will look so wide/droopy and I can't wait to see how it will progress in the coming months/year (it takes a year to see the full results from a rhinoplasty). I would highly recommend Shirley for her aesthetic eye and the care she provides! I plan to go to her for future cosmetic procedures like a brow lift.

Dr. Hu is fantastic! Had a great experience getting botox from her. I had a lot of questions about other treatments and when I should get them, as well as about the right products to use daily. She was so patient and knowledgeable and answered my many questions, and I love the products she recommended (they really work!). Dr. Hu also is very efficient and easy to talk to. No time wasted. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Hu for more botox and other treatments in the future!
