Is it possible to "redrape" neck skin as a "touch-up" procedure after SMAS facelift, necklift & platysmaplasty, 1 year post-op?

If there is a skin (only) contour issue (slightly loose & uneven under the chin, mainly around submental incision) after otherwise satisfactory result, can incisions be re-opened, skin lifted, and re-draped (with a little skin removal if necessary) to achieve a smooth contour? Would this place tension on the skin, if the underlying muscle/tissue was adequately tightened/repositioned originally? Would all original incisions need to be reopened (submental, pre & post-auricular)? Likely success?
