Can PRP cause pili multigemini?

28 year old Asian female with history of PCOS and AGA. I recently went for a PRP treatment along the centre part and crown area. I now notice some follicles where one follicle is sprouting two or three strands of hair. Could this be related to the PRP treatment? Is this worrying or suggestive of progress? My PCOS is now under control and blood work is normal. However, my hair shed is as before or slightly increased and balding areas remain as they were.
