How well will the PicoWay laser work on my tattoo? (photos)

Question

I initially wanted to have my tattoo surgically removed however after research most professionals have said laser would be best. I’m a bit apprehensive because I have darker skin. Will the PicoWay laser work fast on this tattoo? I’ve heard I’m not suitable for PicoSure. The tattoo is very slightly raised.

PicoWay works extremely well and quickly on black inks. Due to the darkness of your skin the machine will need to be turned down a bit so you may require more treatments than say a type 1 or 2 skin type but you can still have an effective treatment. The success of all laser treatments is in your technician. Find an office very experienced with the device. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and
