PicoWay Resolve laser vs Fraxel Dual 1550? 35 yr old woman who is seeking help for my acne scaring, fine lines and skin texture.

I am a 35 year old woman who is seeking help for my acne scaring, fine lines and skin texture/pore size. I have consulted two different doctors and one suggests the Picoway Resolve laser (3 treatments), the other doctor suggested the Fraxel Dual 1550 (3-4 treatments). I’m not sure which would better address my concerns? I also have some volume loss in my cheeks and wondering if I’m a good candidate for fillers? I’ve included some pics, thanks! P.s. my skin is red because I use tretinoin at night
