Peroxide benzoyl to dry/treat a few small whiteheads after fractional laser session?

Having acne-like lesions form after laser resurfacing is very common.  They are usually milia, which can form as a result of the use of the thick post-procedure balm that is often used following resurfacing. They often resolve on their own, although follow-up treatment of the lesions is often necessary.  It is usually more prudent not to use a drying agent like benzoyl peroxide in the early initial phase after resurfacing.  I would recommend contacting your physician's office and letting them know what you're experiencing, so that he/she can direct you for the best next step.

These are temporary and it is premature to use benzoyl peroxide after four days. You should follow postoperative instructions from your doctor. 

Actually what you are describing sounds like a reaction to the "gooey ointment" you are applying. This is exactly why I have patients only use plain Vaseline after fractional treatments. Neosporin, Polysporin, and especially Aquaphor cause too many problems for too many people post fractional lasers.
