The thermismooth radiofrequency is a good option for the peril ulnar area with no downtime. Thre sessions one to three weeks apart can thighten the area well.

The Fraxel will take years away from the appearance of skin around the eyes. It does so by reducing lines and wrinkles, fading discoloration and age spots, and in addition it helps to tighten the skin in this area. The skin around the eye has a slowed down aging process after treatments, it does not worsen the skin in the area or accelerate aging, it does the opposite.

Fraxel is idea for the area under the eyes and face.  Fraxel will remove dark spots, sun spots, fine lines, and areas of discoloration, and improve skin tone and texture.  It is important to stay out of the sun after Fraxel.  Please consult a board certified dermatologist who is an expert in Fraxel for the best cosmetic results.

Wrinkles under the eyes can be treated with fillers, lasers, and surgery. If skin is very lax, a surgical option is best. Sometimes a combination of treatments such as laser followed by fillers produces optimal results. How long a laser procedure will last depends on many factors including your age, genes, UV exposure, environmental factors such as smoking, and of course skin care.

There is no evidence to show that laser treatment under the eyes causes any long term damage.

Actually, the complete reverse is true.  The newer generation of fractional lasers such as 1540, promote collagen re-organization and rebuilding.  Long term, this promotes less aging and continued retardation of the normal processes of skin thinning in this area.
