My skull is larger on one side of my head, which means that my face appears asymmetrical. I’ve just finished my second round of Morpheus8, with my third session booked in January. While both sides of my face are responding to treatment, one side is softer and more sculpted. My doctor has suggested we finish the third round of Morpheus, and if necessary, add cheek filler to the less affected side to build a stronger cheekbone. Is this the best course of treatment to achieve facial symmetry?
Answer: Facial Slimming — Masseter Botox, Facetite/Renuvion J Plasma, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Fillers to sculpt the Cheek/Jawline/Chin a combination of threads, fillers, morpheus and facetite can all be used to help improve proportions. if you want bigger improvement you will need maxillofacial surgery and/or face lift. please set your expectations to understand non invasive treatments will only do micro changes to enhance NOT change you overall. most of my younger patients do buccal fat pad reduction, facetite/liposuction of the neck, and fillers to chin/cheeks/jawline/temples, to give them a more chiseled face. see my IG and links. at home derma-rolling should be started to Improve texture and tone and tightening along jawline (see link where we have a recommended daily skincare and weekly emerage + anteageMD derma-rolling protocol). For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined most of my younger patients consider... 5. deep microneelding RF like morpheus every 2-3 months forever to further improvement tightening 6. early face/neck lift if you want a really tight contour and the most extreme improvement in jawline and neck shaping 7. threads, PDO or Instalift, after neck surgery/facetite to further improve the outcomes and give them long term collagen production and shaping 8. Thermage (radio frequency heating) and Ultherapy (ultrasound muscle tightening) yearly to prevent sagging in the future See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Addressing facilities symmetry Facial asymmetry is absolutely normal to all animal life on this planet. You're facially symmetry is also perfectly acceptable and probably does not need to be addressed in any surgical manner. If you were to go to a wax museum, you will see figures of the famous persons whose faces are completely symmetric. For those reasons incomplete symmetry the same people look downright unattractive. Facial asymmetry to a small degree makes us more attractive in the eyes of each other. I hope this answers your question and good luck from New York City plastic surgery

Answer: Morpheus8 and Filler Yes absolutely! I will recommend one week after your last Morpheus8 you can have dermal filler for the cheeks to even out! Morpheus8 is a great treatment and adding a filler just even makes it more beautiful and you will appreciate the results. Just note to be sure to use very good anti-aging skin care products post treatment to protect your investment. Some of the best skin care products are neocutis, Is clinical or Jan Marini. Continue to enjoy the new you:)))
