I've had microdroplet silikon 1000 for acne scars. I am very happy with the results. Unfortunately now I have skin cancer.

  I, too, am a big fan of Silikon 1000 using the microdroplet technique, for acne scar treatment.  I am glad that you are happy with it.  Now that you have developed skin cancer a little distance away from your treatment, do feel free to treat the skin cancer however is recommended by your doctors.  This treatment will have no effect on the Silikon 1000 treatment that you are so happy with.  Good luck with your treatment.

Skin cancers in the crease where your nose meets your face are in fact difficult to treat. If you have a basal cell carcinoma, excision with clear margins may lead to cure in well over 90% of people, depending on your condition. Consider any reasonable treatment that would lead to a high rate of cure - if in doubt, get a second opinion. Your facial Silikon1000 will not affect whatever treatment option you decide to undergo. There is no problem doing lasers or PDT over the areas treated with silicone.  Just tell your physician about the previous procedures.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Silikon is an inert substance that when injected into the skin, stimulates collagen and scar formation around it.  Its great that you are happy with the results for acne scar treatment.  The presence of the the silicone should have no effect upon the laser, especially since it is not in the direct location.  Just make sure that you inform your doctor about your past treatments and their locations.
