Can I get silikon 1000 lip injections dissolved after 4 years? Or get it removed? If not, can it be fixed?

I always used to get Restylane but my body would dissolve it within 2 months (Those were injected directly to my lips going up. Once I found out about silikon 1000 & how it was permanent I jumped on it. It was injected from the top of my lip area into my lips going down (Not injected directly into my lip. I ended up getting a lot of it & it over time spread out around my lip area messed up my smile. Now its much better somehow.If I get it injected directly in my lips will it help look better
