I'm 10 days post op. Leg and vagina swelling after BBL?

Question

I had BBL, my donor sites were my back and stomach (not legs). Although it's pretty soon after my surgery, I'm getting increasingly concerned with the swelling to my thighs. My thighs and vagina have doubled in size to the point my garments (and old clothes) no longer fit me and i'm finding it hard to walk due to thigh rubbing. The swelling only really became like this 7 days post op. Is this a normal side effect? Is there anything i can do to avoid making it worse?

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
This is part of the healing process and it can take up to 6 months to heal completely.
Remember to always use your compression garment and follow your surgeons instructions.

Thank you for your question. It is very normal to have a lot of swelling in the first weeks after the procedure , also in less expected areas as the vagina. No worries this will for sure improve in the next weeks/months. Best of luck
