Hi, I hope everyone is have a good day. I am morbidly obese, but I look good for my weight so talking to woman is no problem to me but its the fat mound around my penis is what stops me from being intimate with woman and I have had chances with my dream woman and I lost it out due to my penis size. There is about 3 to 4 inches of fat pad around it. I would like to know if laser liposuction would reduce it.

Excess fat in the pubic area is a common problem in people who are morbidly obese. Of course, the ideal way to deal with the problem is to lose weight. However, liposuction can reduce this area significantly. The type of liposuction, though, does not make any difference, it is the physician who does the liposuction. Make sure you choose your surgeon based on experience in liposuction and not the technology used.
