There is about 3 to 4 inches of fat pad around the penis. I would like to know if laser liposuction would reduce it?

Hi, I hope everyone is have a good day. I am morbidly obese, but I look good for my weight so talking to woman is no problem to me but its the fat mound around my penis is what stops me from being intimate with woman and I have had chances with my dream woman and I lost it out due to my penis size. There is about 3 to 4 inches of fat pad around it. I would like to know if laser liposuction would reduce it.
