Are these tear trough deformities? Is it likley that one injection will be enough? I have put a white dot to where the hollow shadow ends as it may not be so clear on the pictures. Does this extend down to my cheek therefore needing more than one injection? (I also have some treatment cream on one of my eyes so you may see a slight white line)

Answer: Tear troughs don't need much Hello. Most tear trough deformities can be improved with small amounts of a hyaluronic acid filler like Restylane or Juvederm. Generally, only 0.1- 0.2 ml of product is all that's required for each side. Whether one uses Restylane or Juvederm is up to you and your surgeon. Restylane is a bit more viscous or thicker and may be more suitable for the tear trough. Juvederm is a bit softer, but can be more hydrophilic--or attract more water. Consult your surgeon to decide what's the best course for you. Take care.

Answer: Tear trough Unless someone is Really deep, I would start with 1cc. Juvederm is not a good filler for the lower lids as it can get very edematous. Use either Restylane or Belotero.
