What do FUE scabs look like? I am not sure whether I nipped out my scabs or the roots. (photos)

I noticed a lot of dark brown dot-like balls which felt like dry skin.Are these scabs?I have attached a picture of DAY 1 and DAY 29.Do my grafts look fine?One more thing,is it possible to see the root once the scab along with the hair shaft has fallen out because I shedded my transplanted hair and I can't see any sort of hole or mark from where they might have detached from my head.Is it normal or did I do something wrong?

If you already saw your doctor for an examination and your doctor says it is not an infection, you should trust your doctor.  If you do not trust your doctor it is best to see another doctor for an examination.

You can resume your normal activity well after a month after surgery.  If you feel there is an issue it is best to follow up with your doctor.

Instead of panicking, it would be best to contact your doctor for a follow up in the office.  Many doctors offer cleaning and washing in their office to help you with the scabbing.

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.  You may have lost your existing (original) hairs as new transplanted hairs grew out.

Had FUE procedure done 23 days ago. Will the shock loss hair on my recipient area grow? Is this likely to be permanent? (photo)

Shock hair loss after a hair transplant is always a risk.  Unfortunately shock hair loss of genetically susceptible hairs may not grow back.  If it does grow back it may take several months.  Follow up with your doctor for a recheck.

7 days post FUE and donor area is dry, scaly and itchy. Is it ok to apply organic lotion or would that hinder healing? (photo)

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen. Many doctors have their own lotions and recommendations for the donor area.
