4 weeks ago I had tear trough fillers and after considerable bruising the outcome is lumpy, ridges and darker shadows near my eyes. Should I wait for this to settle, if so how long? Or should I look at getting this filler dissolved? The initial reaction on the phone from the clinic was that it takes 3 months to settle. Is this correct? I am very distressed.
