After browsing through Realself and looking at the valuable suggestions given by experts I m aware that fillers like Radiesse and Jevederm Volift can be used to cover bulging veins on the back of our hands . But i would also like to know whether its safe to use on fingers, forearms, wrist, feet, ankles, Shin. I would really appreciate urgent/valuable input from Doctors. Desperate/ anxious person

Hi despsalms,Radiesse or Juvederm Voluma are safe and effective injectable dermal fillers to reduce the appearance of bulging veins to hands and even wrists. I haven't experienced any injections to shin, feet or ankles mainly due to the amount of product that it will require to treat these areas, these are off label sites. FDA clearance is for dorsal hands. Look for an experienced injector to perform your treatment. The results are worth it.Best,Dr Obaid

Radiesse is an FDA-approved filler for hand rejuvenation. Juvederm can be used as well. They both are very safe fillers and when injected by an experienced and certified physician in hand rejuvenation can provide beautiful and long-lasting results. Fillers are not indicated for finger rejuvenation.
