Drying hair after FUE hair transplant: I'm now 3 months post op.

Everything is progressing nicely and growing. My only concern is drying my hair in the future after washing. I would ideally like to wash my hair at night leaving it to dry overnight without touching it with a towel. I heard hair is weaker when wet so it could leave to breakage. Is this more dangerous then to dry my hair with a towel?

If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "tightness" you should contact your doctor.  There is no way to tell what is going on via Internet.

You cannot tell how many graft were implanted based on photos alone.  If you are concerned, ask your doctor.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  You can wear a hair system as long as the grafts are secure.
