I am 29 years old and have always been aware that my facial proportions could be more attractive, I have a long face. Surgically lowering my hairline isn't my priority as I wear wigs so can achieve it with this. But is the chin height reduction shown from my "before/after" possible? I have a normal bite, my chin does not protude or recess , so I believe it is only a chin height issue. The procedure I have read about is where a wedge of bone is removed from mid chin. Extremely grateful for your feedback!
