Hello whatsmynametho,Thanks for your question.Looking at your photo, it would seem to me that filler would not be the most helpful option for you as you have good volumes in your face. You have a relatively square shape to your face. It is best seen at the angle of your jawline under your ears. Creating a more heart shaped face would help improve its softness and femininity. That can be obtained by masseteric muscle Botox injections to reduce the width of your jaw. Mandible bone shaving can be a further option depending on how much reduction is needed.I would suggest you consult with a facial cosmetic surgery specialist to better understand your options.Good luck,Dr. Shah
The posted picture is not sufficiently informative. I would strongly recommend consulting a facial plastic surgeon for an in person evaluation and discussion of your goals.
Hi, I have performed many facial shaping and contouring procedures over the past 30 years. A non-smiling photo of your face from the front and side would help in the evaluation. Based upon the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, women look the most attractive with heart shaped faces. Heart shaped faces have cheeks that are full and round anteriorly (in the front). This can be created with dermal fillers (I prefer Perlane that's now called Restylane Lyft) or with cheek implants for a permanenent enhancement. Hope this helps.
Fillers give only a mild enhancement but jaw angle implants do it much more dramatically. I don't do the implants myself but have seen the implants on patients and they look great.
Fine lines under the eye in the young patient is generally attributed to skin and early volume loss. Good skin care is the pinnacle of treatment in this area, which would include skin type appropriate cleanser and toner, with adequate hydration and active skin care with a topical retinol, growth...
Hi @m34la! I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks and complications. Restylane and Belotero work great for the tear trough. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
