Any idea what those lines/shadow are? They seems to be getting more obvious. And I'm only 30 yrs old. What can I do to treat or prevent it from getting worse?

Answer: Marionette Lines Respond Well To Volumizing Fillers From the pictures provided it appears that you are in the earliest stages of the development of marionette lines, those folds that droop down from the angles of the mouth toward the sides of the chin region. Thirty years of age is not that unusual for the start of these lines, whose origins relate to volume loss in the cheek tissue above it. As we age, we lose volume in many facial tissues, including bone, cartilage, muscle and particularly the several fat compartments that are located throughout the face, temples, and brow regions. Gradual fat loss in the heart-shaped, robust fat pad that sits under the eyes and covers most of the upper portion of the cheek below the eyes, accompanied by gradual descent of the remnant of this fat pad, leads to many of the unwanted aesthetic changes we associate with the aging face, including the development of the marionette lines. At this early state, a small amount of volumizing filler, such as Restylane Lyft, which I would use in my Upper East Side Manhattan office (Hyaluronica 2, which would be my choice in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved fillers and volumizers are available) would help to straighten the downturned angles and restore a more youthful look. Treatment in this fashion, particularly at this early stage, can be helpful for preventing and slowing ths aging process.

Answer: Overcritical I think you are being too critical. Most people do not see what you see. You can always get filler, but will that satisfy you? Chin implant is another option. I say do nothing
