I have a hereditary double chin which I absolutely hate. I had a chin filler a couple of months ago, and will probably get a bit more next time as it did make a difference. However, my jawline still isn’t great, absolutely no definition as I’ve got fat underneath my neck that won’t budge. Kybella isn't an option as it is not available in the UK yet. I am going to book in for some consultations but wanted to get advice on here first!

Kenalog does have the potential to cause skin atrophy if too much is placed in one area. This can sometimes improve on its own overtime; however, often will not resolve completely. Filler may be placed in the area to temporarily improve the appearance and may need to be repeated again in 1 year....
Your chin and jawline seem very good and I see not benefits to its change. It appears that the nose is the out of balance feature with having too much projection and a downward tilt to the tip. Computer imaging would show the value of rhinoplasty in improving your profile.
It really depends upon whether the chin bump is hard or soft. If you have hard bone there, we will need to remove that bone surgically. I almost always go inside the mouth so there are no exterior scars.However, if the area/lump is soft, it can be addressed differently. You may still need ...
