Can a bulging vein that was treated with sclerotherapy and ligation (middle of forehead) look worse (bulging more)? (photo)

I suggest seeing an expert. Keep in mind, it takes about 2-3 treatments to get the improvement.  If sclerotherapy doesn't work you can try lasers. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
