Please help! I’ve have really bad anxiety regarding central forehead veins that I had tied off and injected sclero into them. Before, the veins would only protude when I would smile, work out, lay on my side or when it was hot out, now I see them even when I have expression on my face and cold. it’s been a week since the procedure, but the moment I take my compression off I see them.. I could really use to insight, I was never told that there would be a possibility that they could get worse :(

I suggest seeing an expert. Keep in mind, it takes about 2-3 treatments to get the improvement.  If sclerotherapy doesn't work you can try lasers. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

First of all, I would have never recommended that procedure. Now that was done, appears that the vein closed. It will remain more visible and you might feel that the "bulging vein" is hard. That is expected. It could take 2-3 months before the vein will become less visible. Might take longer to completely resolved. There is a possibility that will look just about the same as before the procedure. In that case I would advise you NOT TO DO IT AGAIN!. There are some potential risks of serious complications.
