Accidentally had alcohol 3 days post HT surgery, should I be concerned?

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.A sip of alcohol should be fine.

You need to wait more than 3 days to consume alcohol. There are medicine you need to take for aftercare of your operation and alcohol does not go with them. One sip won't do anything bad. If you got hair transplant you do not need laser therapy, but if you really want to use it, I would suggest you to wait for at least 6 months. 

Moderate use of alcohol three days after surgery should not be a problem.  A laser band should not be harmful to grafts; I usually tell my patients to wait a week so they don't inadvertently bump the grafts when placing the band.  You may want to check with your surgeon for his/her personal preference.

Drinking alcohol after surgery will not cause problems unless you got drunk and damaged your hair from trauma
