4 days post rhinoplasty - collapsing feeling with crackling noise. (Photo)

Hi, today, while applying arnica gel, when i have touched marked spot i felt like it literally colapsing with a lot of crackling noise. Than, with much lesser noise it would "bubble" each time when lightly pressed. Any thoughts?, regards.

Dear Realself user,Thank you for your question, unfortunately it is not possible to shape the nose without any surgical procedure.
