Is my nose is too wide? (Photo)

Question

I feel like both the bridge and nostrils are too wide, along with the tip being too bulbous. It's slightly crooked too from a child hood injury. Would it cost more than average to fix my nose?

photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose. Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

A  closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the wide nose, with all the incisions placed on the inside of it. Osteotomies placed in the nasal bones can accomplish narrowing the bridgeline. Suture techniques or a conservative cartilage removal applied to the nasal tip cartilages can accomplish narrowing them.  Digital computer imaging would be helpful  in the communication process to understand what can be accomplished with your nose upon your facial features.For many examples of narrowing a wide nose with closed rhinoplasty, please see the link and the video below
