I've slowly lost a large amount of weight over the past year. I hope to lose more. I have PCOS,so I've found weightlifting/strength training key to success. I've also benefitted from improved muscle tone in bum, hips, sides & legs. I feel fit & strong. However, due to life of being obese (31, no children) my ugly panniculus persists and hinders progress (granted it's shrunk). From pics, will continued fat loss & strength training improve it somewhat, or will I ultimately need panniculectomy?
