Please could you tell me if its possible for differin to cause broken capillaries?

This topical cream is from a group of retinoids used for treating Acne. It can potentially cause redness of skin. I am not aware of cases of broken capillaries in relation to differin. You need to be assessed by a local vascular surgeon as the broken veins can be treated by more than one modality depending on site and size
