Are there Drs who will do rib removal along with a full tummy tuck so that I can have a perfectly flat stomach?

I heard of a Swedish woman who had rib removal surgery and had 6 ribs removed. So obviously there are drs who do this surgery. I would need a tummy tuck as I have loose skin from having one child almost 21 years ago. No amount of dieting excercise or skin firming or tightening creams would eliminate the stretched out stomach skin.

I do not know of any plastic surgeons in the US that perform this procedure.  A tummy tuck is a safe operation with excellent results.  Is it necessary to remove ribs?
