Amazing Experience! I was very comfortable with Doctor Morales. I felt he was very confident, informative, and personable. He gave great honest advice at our consultation & for pre op and post op. The whole staff exceeded my expectations. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and I would definitely recommend him to everyone!
The experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. The entire staff was attentive to me as a patient. Dr. Morales took time to explain the process and was willing to answer any questions i had. He made me feel comfortable and that was important to me as a patient. I am very pleased with the results of my breast augmentation. I have a new level of confidence. I look forward to my next procedure which will be a mini tummy tuck
Over the past few hrs I have been on a weight loss mission. I lost all on my own 70lbs. I was left with very deflated c cups as shown. I decided to add some volume by my favorite most wonderful trusted surgeon dr David Morales! Here are before and after picture. Over all everything went very well and I am loving my results! Updated on 22 Jan 2018: Just got home! Everything went well! Super tired ! Updated on 22 Jan 2018: My left breast seems to be higher and tighter than the right. Dr morales gave me some massages to start trying out to help. Updated on 1 Feb 2018: Almost 6 weeks post op! Love my side boob! I’m a full D as of now:)
Dr Morales did an excellent job on my breast reduction. He took time to listen to what I wanted. He removed all my excess old skin and made me a nice pair using my own breast tissue. No implants. At my age I thought I should just leave those out. Thank you Dr M for making me feel so much better about myself and no more scarfs to hide my chest. The office (everyone) were kind caring and understanding.
Always look forward to any appointments with Dr. Morales. During my checkups he answers all my questions. I feel safe that he has my best interest at heart. He always provides me with the best advice to help me get the best results from my procedures.
Dr Morales is not only a genius with his hands he also has a caring attitude and appears confident about the procedures he performs. I am so happy with the out come of my breast lift, it has given me extra confidence and they look absolutely wonderful. I am able to button my shirts and throw the safety pins away. Its been only 2 months since my surgery and everything is falling in place. One big Thanks to Dr. Morales and his office who were very informative, courteous and took the time to listen to my story before the surgery. I will be back I am sure of it. The whole office A+++
Dr. Morales has been AMAZING! His professionalism is top notch! I'm incredibly happy with the results and it's only been a few months since my procedure. I would recommend him to anyone interested in getting a little work done!
Awful - Woman to woman … this doctor will leave you with unnecessary scars and odd shaped breasts . I could go on and on … trust me he’s not a good surgeon . I am having surgeries to fix what he has done to me .
All pre op photos for now. I had the procedure January 10th. So far I have had very little pain. Tomorrow we change the bandages and get to take a look! Will keep posted! So far I am having no regrets! Can't wait to show more pictures as I heal. Please contact me if you have any questions. It's incredible that between those two drawn lines on my belly all that skin will be gone. As far as pain I have none really more just an uncomfortable feeling and tightness Updated on 17 Jan 2017: Here are some updated pictures after one week. Seems to be healing quickly:) really hate the draining tubes! But in a few months I'll know if it was worth it! Updated on 19 Jan 2017: 10 days I think I'll be happy! I have longer to heal and things could change but I'm loving it! I finally feel like me! Updated on 29 Jan 2017: I had no idea how long recovery was going to be on a tummy tuck!..... but I'm loving my results Updated on 18 May 2017:
Good Morning, In spite of all good efforts and great surgery, some patients still heal with thickened scars. Tension on the scars, infection or genetics can all play a role in making the scars become thicker. Most often scars can thicken in the middle, closest to your breast bone and on the sides. This can be due to the pull of the weight of the breast tissue on the fact that the scar is close to the midline. You may just need to have the scars revised or sometimes steroid injections into the scars can make them flatten and loose color and become less sensitive. This where we get into the problem with hypertrophic or overgrown scars, and keloids, scar that keep on getting thicker and are sensitive. Have a conversation with your surgeon and discuss what options may be recommended in your particular case. Best Wishes, D Morales MD
Good Morning, Thigh lifts can be very challenging. Often the result of weight changes or previous surgeries, the thigh skin can sag. The weight of the skin on the suture line can also be significant. The further the area of concern is from your incision line, the less dramatic of a lift you will see. You would not want the scar to migrate south, and become more visible because of increased tension. Discuss with your doctor what changes you hope to see. Often, the texture of stretched thigh skin and contour irregularities cannot be improved by putting more tension on the skin, and other techniques may have to be considered. Communication is your best option and I agree that discussing this with your original surgeon is the best way to start. Best Wishes D Morales
Good Morning, Many surgeries can cause lower extremity swelling. Post surgical swelling can still be around after your type of surgery. Not uncommon. It does appear symmetric as well. Therefore I would suggest to elevate the legs at the end of the day when they are most sore and swollen. Cool compresses and compression stockings can also help. Minimize excess salt intake and make sure you continue to move about and ass some light stretching and exercise to get back into a healthy rhythm. If the problem worsens, speak to your physician so it can be evaluated further. Best Wishes.
Good Morning, Often people get blood work on an empty stomach with nothing to eat or drink for a few hours. This can make you a little dehydrated and make some of your lab results look a bit concentrated, or high. It is unlikely this would delay your surgery unless other results indicate some reason to do further evaluation to assess what is going on. Best Luck with your surgery!
Good Morning, You have a great shape for liposuction. Mimimal skin laxity but moderate fullness. 360 liposuction would definitely help the abdomen back and love handles. All that harvested fat could then be filtered and cleaned and used safely to enhance your buttocks! Keep in mind that in the months after you've healed, loose skin that does not tighten fully, may benefit from a tummy tuck. Ask your board certified plastic surgeon about it. Good and best wishes.
