I want to get a tummy tuck, liposuction, and rib removal together. I heard rib removal consists of removing the 12&11 ribs also known as the floating ribs. I read it could be done with a tummy tuck which is what I want. I also read that not a lot of surgeons in the US perform this surgery.

Dr. Parikh in Seattle WA frequently performs liposuction of the waist as well with Rib removal and tummy tuck to achieve a more slimmer waist line. I do not know of any plastic surgeons in the US that perform this procedure.  A tummy tuck is a safe operation with excellent results.  Is it necessary to remove ribs?
