I Had Liposuction on my Calves and Ankles a Week Ago. I Am Still Having a Lot of Trouble Walking?

I can not step down flat on my left foot. It has shown no improvement since day one. My doctor suggested I do calf and heal raises to exercise it. I am worried that my muscle or tendon may be damaged- Would it be very painful if this is the case (it's not, I just feel strain)? Any suggestions how to improve my walking situation?

The most common and effective procedure for calf reduction is partial neurotomy - essentially clipping part of the nerve branches to the calf muscle causing it to atrophy (shrink some) over the ensuing 6-12 months.  Like any procedure it is highly recommended to seek consultation...
