I want to achieve a more round lip shape, and want the width of my lips to be a bit smaller. I currently have asymmetrical lips, as well as thin lips, which I also want to address. But my main concern before I address those is to reduce the width of my lips. Is this possible?

Your lip is not the problem, but rather you small jaw. I would suggest meeting with an oral surgeon, being examined and X-rayed, and discussing your options. Just based on your photos, moving the jaw forward will should you that your upper lip is just fine.
This fullness can be trimmed to make that area more smooth. I would suggest meeting with a board- certified plastic or ENT or oral surgeon and discuss you concerns.
