What is causing lines on the sides of my nose when smiling become more prominent and how can I fix them? (Photos)

The lines on either side of my nose bother me like there is not enough fullness under my eyes creating bumps on either side. What is causing this? It feels as if the sides of my nose are raised almost.

2 units of Botox can be placed in the lines on the side of the nose to assist with decreasing their small wrinkling.  This usually begins to work within three days.

Both issues (laugh lines and undereye volume loss) can be treated using hyaluronic acid based fillers. I prefer Restylane Refyne and Restylane Defyne when treating laugh lines and Restylane when treating the undereyes. A cannula can be used to minimize bruising and swelling from filler injection.

These lines are created by muscles that activate when you smile.  They can be injected with Botox or Dysport and that should relieve them significantly.
