Myellevate+ Precision TX + microneedling- loose neck + jowl?

Question

been recommended this as an option because frankly kybella and ultherapy and thermitight all seems scary cos they dont seem to tighten the skin right away and collagen production is somewhat up in the air. IS MYELLEVATE a successful procedure? There is a skin tightening component invovled+ platsymal muslces are taken care of and precicion tx is used for fat reduction. other than prohibitive cost and a claim of will easily last 6+ years s there anything negative or positive I should know?

  These options are good if there is not "too much" loose skin.  It's a matter of degree.  If fat and loose skin are not major components of the lack of definition of the chin neck angle, then MyEllevate alone will suspend the platysma muscle and tuck in the skin at the chin/neck angle, and under the jawline.
   You can see many successful cases at the MyEllevate website.
    As the patient gets older (biologically as well as chronologically), the combination will help but not be equivalent to a surgical face/necklift.
   Currently, I am adding MyEllevate to my traditional non -surgical necklift which was Precision laser-assisted liposuction and skin tightening.
  Positive: no incisions, adds more definition to neck/chin angle, compared to previous non-surgical procedures which do not actually physically suspend the neck tissues.
  Negative: reasonable expectations, to avoid disappointment, depending on laxity and skin condition.  Can add skin excision behind the ears to get further improvement with hidden incision.

"A combination approach would give the most improvement. Nonsurgical options such as Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, and Ultherapy do well in combination for skin tightening, but the results are mild compared to surgical options.

I would recommend a VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J Plasma) and InMode BodyTite to contour and tighten the chin and neck. A neck lift can be performed at the same time, if you're a good candidate. I suggest seeing a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist to develop a personalized treatment plan that works for you.
