Been to 4 derms with 2 biopsies and none of them think I have scarring alopecia. Should I just trust them? (Photo)

I would think, and hope, that after seeing 4 different doctors that had the same opinion they would be right with their assessment. I don't know if you can seek out an expert in the field in your area to see. If not, I would say I'd trust their assessment and give it some time and see how it goes. Best of luck to you.

I would recommend you to see Dr. Antonella Tosti (Miami) or Dr. Donovan (Canada). I think it is important to rule out folliculitis decalvan, dissecting cellulitis and lichen planopilaris.
