Been to 4 derms with 2 biopsies and none of them think I have scarring alopecia. Should I just trust them? (Photo)

Experiencing hair loss post-Accutane. Initially thought telogen effluvium, but now itching with postules and widening part. Biopsy revealed scar tissue on bald patch. I’ve been diagnosed with Telogen effluvium, seb derm, AGA, and bacterial folliculitis. However, the fourth derm said I failed the pull test. Unsure what to do as all the derms did not favor scarring alopecia even though the biopsy on the patch came back as scarring. Should I see another dermatologist or am I just worrying?
