Hi,Its impossible to say from a picture if they are benign or malignant. I would recommend you see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon and have them examined using a dermatoscope. If you feel that they have changed in any way and if there are suspicious features on dermatoscopy then removal may be indicated.Most importantly though, if you wish to reduce your risk of developing skin cancer then I would strongly suggest that you stop using the tanning beds.
