I have a red mole on my scalp that I've had for years. It has grown quite a bit, hurts and is pretty big. Should I have it removed and is it likely melanoma?

Shaving the mole or fibroma on the nose is the best option when they are flesh colored. You have a 50% chance of regrowth over the next few yrs but then just shave it flat again. It is done under local and so easy to undergo.
