In general, it would be difficult to dislodge a graft after one week. One sign of dislodging a graft may be bleeding.
It is not uncommon for the shafts of the transplanted grafts to shed and fall out in the first few weeks following a transplant. If you truly dislodge a graft seven days into your post op course, there will be excessive bleeding from that site.
At five days post-op, grafts are not yet fully secured and can potentially be dislodged by pulling or other forms of excessive contact with the area. Normally bleeding will result from a lost graft. If you noticed no bleeding then chances are that you're fine.
