Mohs Surgery or Gentle Cure for basal cell carcinoma on nose? (Photos)

Theres no Gentle Cure subject area. Ive known ive had BCC on nose for 3 years. Was a small dome at first. Dismissed by two derms. Asked 3rd for biopsy. Came back negative October 2025. He biopsied small area below dome. I knew it was wrong but "trusted" yet another professional. After biposy, small dome spread down to biopsy area. it nagged at my for months as I waited bc they said it would heal over 8 months. Anyways woke up two mondays ago and said I need another biopsy. It was dark and wouldnt heal and I KNEW it wasnt right. Came back BCC. Now said only option Mohns. Scared for my face. I dont know how to get a dcotor to take me serious. Asked foe my results to be uploaded and still they havent been. Gentle cure wont consult till I have them. I called a plastic surgeron office but they seemed dismissive. Im self pay now bc i was laid off. I dont care the cost. The mohns surgeron i wasrl refferred to appointment is Monday. I know theyre not going to be able to say much. Im terrified and want some honest answers about mt options. I dont want a graph because i have lots of facial hair from psoc that no one cares about. I also have hashimotos. Anyways, can a plastic surgeron just do it or has to be mohns. Or anyone out there know gentle cure? Whats the risk? Looking for guidance that isnt ask my doctor. Doctoe already said mohns.
