Cryofreezing or MOHS for biopsy spot?
I had a biopsy on a very small patch of skin on my nose that had previously been treated with cryofrrezing twice. the biopsy reveal SCC in SITU. The dermatologist is only recommending another round of freezing once the wound has healed from the biopsy but the biopsy site is already starting to scab just one week after the biopsy. I have read that MOHS is the gold standard even for SCC in SITU. Should I seek a second opinion?
