I just got fillers to fix asymmetry of the lips. The right side of my lips is longer and hangs down more than the left side. A lot of filler was pumped under the right corner but I still didn’t get the symmetry I’m looking for. Would it help to do Botox as well? Not looking to curl the corner of the lip anymore, just wondering if it’s possible that a muscle is pulling down the right side and making the lips look crooked. Open to any suggestions!
