Euro PDO threads gone wrong. Pocket of loose skin on corner of left side of mouth. Advice? (photos)

euro PDO barbed threads to lift sagging skin on mid face End of the suture hooked to into the left side of mouth. Between the procedure in 08-2018 to now I began to notice this pocket of folded skin hanging on the left corner of my mouth. Feels like the end of the suture pulled and left a pocket of fat or puckering the skin up. Kenalog at this time and so scheduled 8 TX RF. So far after one TX it not helped. In mid 60’s and not ready for a facelift Afraid of additional trauma if pulled

No, the hylauronidase to dissolve the Voluma should not affect the threadlift.  Looks like the filler may have been placed too superficially.   Sunanda Chugh, MD New York, NY
