Can I have a Thread Lift before cheek fillers?

Thread lifting before filler injection to cheeks would be a more logical order than the other way round.  Once the mid and lower face is lifted, the fillers can be placed in a more accurate and optimal position thereafter.  Laser treatments shouldn't affect it, but HIFU would affect deeper structures and would more likely affect the thread lift/ fillers.

Aesthetics, I also train other clinicians to use the threads so it’s great to
be able to advise you.  I would strongly
recommend that you would need to have a face to face consultation with an expert
before the correct order (threads/filler or filler/thread) could be advised in
your specific case. There are instances where treating with threads ahead of
filler can reduce the amount of filler used, however, there are equally cases
where I would recommend using a collagen stimulating filler, such as Ellanse,
ahead of a thread treatment in order to create more collagen to give the
threads more to latch onto.
With regards to your
question about HIFU, we recommend treatment 4 weeks before PDO threads. On
balance I recommend HIFU treatment ahead of threads in order to stimulate greater
collagen to help with subsequent thread anchorage.

I would recommend doing the threadlift before the fillers since areas such as the nasolabial folds and jowling can be miminzed with the threadlift which means you may need less fillers.  
As far as threadlift and lasers, I generally recommend you do the laser or HIFU first to minimize any risk of dissolving the fillers from the heat created by the lasers of HIFU.
