Bump appearing 3 weeks after Silhouette Thread Lift. I'm awaiting a response from my provider, but how can this be treated? (pho

I was in LA 3 weeks ago and had a lower face thread lift. A day before the 3 weeks, a bump appears only after I smile. please see pics. In addition a dimple on the left side has not subsided. Since I am in Florida, seeing the provider is hard. I did email and am awaiting response.
