I have noticed in the last 6 months or so that I have slight sagging around my mouth, the "marionette " area. I have had some filler over the last few years but am considering either PDO threads, or Sculptra to address this before it gets worse. I hate that I can already, at 36, lift the skin up around my cheeks and it looks better. Any suggestions? Than you.

It is very unlikely for a PDO thread to snap. Sometimes a thread can slip a bit out of place under the skin and sounds and feels frightening to the patient. There are no ramifications to this, other than if the thread slips enough, you will lose some of the lifting benefit. ...
