Can I whiten teeth under veneers? (Photo)

Hi I had veneers done six months ago and they're yellow. I went back to dentist who dismissed my concerns and said I was given the option of whitening before he did the veneers. I am hoping I can whiten my teeth underneath the veneers otherwise I have spent. 4k for nothing. Please help.

Well, if this tooth is that way , it should be an anterior crossbite, from that tooth, so no matter if you put a veneer it will be coming down behind the lower tooth, if this is the case, a veneer would not be the solution, if there are some turbo procedures in orthodontics that can make that...
