Dry patches while on Accutane? Have been on it for 2 weeks. (photos)

I’ve been on accutane for 2 weeks now and I’ve suffered with the normal side affects but I now have some dry patches on my arms. Just wondering if it’s normal I know some side affects can be very dangerous.
