I have been on accutane for roughly 7 months. I was pretty much clear after month 3 minus some PIH, but I am onto my last week of pills and for the last two weeks I have started breaking out again. It started with a papule and now several whiteheads surrounded by red inflamed skin. I'm just so confused why acne is coming back while I'm still on the drug.
